Wish your business was just a bit more …private?

Take the Private Business Check.

It’s a free 3-minute check with the option to go deeper if privacy is becoming a non-negotiable for you, too.

Private doesn’t mean secret.

You’re not hiding what you do. You probably talk about it every chance you get.

But there’s a whole layer of your business that isn’t meant to go beyond you, at least not yet. Things like the intake form a client filled out, your session notes, and the story someone told you in confidence. Plus that offer you’re still tweaking and mulling over in the evenings? It’d be great if that didn’t get out.

All that work deserves to stay yours until it’s ready, or until someone gives permission for it to go further.

Most of us run our businesses on tools built for maximum convenience. The tools are free or close to it, they all connect to each other, and in exchange the company gets to see, store and learn from nearly everything we put into them.

That trade made sense when nobody was asking. You’re allowed to ask now.

Calm options are available whenever you’re ready.

You don’t have to quit Google, delete your Instagram or move your business to a cabin with no Wi-Fi (unless you want to, because boy have I been there!)

Most small businesses can protect what matters most with a handful of small changes, made one at a time, in whatever order makes sense for you.

The Private Business Check shows you where to start. Ten quick questions give you a five-part snapshot of your business and one clear first step. (It doesn’t save your answers, either so no need to worry about this data getting out 😜.)

Take the Private Business Check

It takes about three minutes. It’s not AI and your answers aren’t saved.

At the end you’ll see your snapshot, and you can decide whether you’d like the five-day course to go with it. No pressure either way.

A 3-minute privacy check

How private is your business?

Ten quick questions about where your business actually lives: your accounts, your clients' information, the AI in your tools, and the tracking you might be doing without knowing it.

TimeAbout 3 minutes, one question at a time. SavedNothing. Your answers stay on this page and disappear when you leave it. ResultA five-part snapshot, plus where to start first.

Perfect privacy doesn't exist, for anyone. This isn't a grade. It's a map of what you'd want to protect first.

Hi, I’m Patricia. I help small business owners, especially birth workers and other care-based practitioners, run their marketing and their tech with less noise and more intention.

I spent years as a postpartum doula before AI tools pulled me into marketing education, and I hold an MA in Linguistics, so I tend to notice what words like “private” and “secure” are actually promising.

This year I’m an MSAI student at Purdue, and I’ve been thinking a lot about small tech: tools that do one job well and let you keep your data close. I’m working through my own setup one small change at a time, and sharing what I learn as I go.
