Hi, I’m Patricia!
I’m a postpartum doula and sleep consultant who knows how much invisible labor birth workers carry, both with clients, and also in running a business that still needs to be seen.
Over time, I realized that marketing wasn’t hard because we’re bad at it. It’s hard because it asks us to think, decide, and produce when we’re already caring for everyone else.
That’s why I’m deeply interested in calm, low-lift ways to stay visible, including using tools like ChatGPT as a behind-the-scenes thinking partner, not a content machine.
I created AIME to offer ongoing, gentle marketing support for birth workers who don’t want to force consistency or wring words out of themselves just to stay relevant.
