Virtual Sleep Support

Helping you help your baby to get more sleep

If your baby’s naps are all over the place, but are mostly short and a lot of work, or if longer overnight stretches are a faraway dream, we should talk.

Do any of these sound familiar?

✔ Naps are fine, but overnights are killing you.

✔ Overnight sleep is actually going great, but naps are a nightmare.

✔ Your baby will only nap on you and it was cute for a while, but you’re over it.

✔ You’ve read a few baby sleep books and are ready to put a plan into action, if only you could decide which plan to go with.

✔ You’re happy to keep feeding your baby a few times at night, but you’re pretty sure they can’t really be hungry since the last time you fed them. And yet here they are awake again… just 45 minutes later. I mean, come on…

Imagine what it would feel like if you knew exactly when and how to put your baby down to sleep knowing they were going to sleep well and you could finally do your own thing.

What if I told you that...

✔ you can put away the baby sleep books and ditch the DIY sleep plans

✔ you don’t have to wait it out because the baby is teething/this is a regression/they’re about to get their shots

✔ you are not the only one worrying about breaking your baby and you are not a terrible mom for not being able to figure this out

✔ your baby can learn to sleep a new way without ever leaving them alone to cry

✔ you can be done with the uncertainty about how much longer you have to go on like this (hint: it’s less than a week from the day of our virtual consultation!)

WHAT PEOPLE

ARE SAYING

“My little one has been giving me 4 hour sleep breaks at night and I don’t feel confused about what I should do about nap times. I feel better. He feels better. Things started improving from day 1.”

— Ayça K.

“Amazing!!!! Right off the bat our toddler adjusted to slight changes you suggested and slept like an angel. And we are well on our way to success with our infant as well … Amazing experience that actually turned from horrendous to bonding.”

— S. Smith

Here’s how it works:

More sleep is just around the corner!

Hot coffee, bottle of milk and journal in front of a computer - baby sleep help is available online

1. Book our day together

Pick an upcoming date and get booked in for our Virtual Sleep consult. Watch your inbox for a welcome email and return your intake form to let me know what’s going on with you and your baby.

2. Meet me on Zoom

We’ll chat about what your baby loves and hates about sleep, everything you’ve tried to make it better, and the goals we will work toward through the week.

Plus, no need to shower, get dressed, tidy the house, or pack a diaper bag to meet either. This is the beauty of a virtual consultation, because you’ve got enough going on without that kind of pressure.

4. Finally rest easy

No more doubting yourself as a parent. No agonizing over whether you're doing it "right" or if this makes you a bad parent or if you're not really screwing your baby up. None of that.

You'll feel amazing for finally nailing this sleep thing and your baby will thank you with longer naps and fewer night wakings.

3. Put our plan into practice

Get anytime text support while you work out the sleep plan - you do not have to do this on your own!

Because we check in with each other after every nap and overnight for at least a week, we can tweak what we’re doing live and on-the-spot.

This way we can keep this whole learning process super efficient for your baby (no time wasted when something isn’t working), and you’ll learn a ton about baby sleep and development every time you ask a question.

How Virtual Sleep Support helped these parents:

Bottle of milk with a stuffed bunny and a computer keyboard - virtual sleep support was so helpful
  1. Gained peace

Alina said her bedsharing toddler seemed to get it pretty quickly: “I'm not a firm line "no" type, so I feel good about what we accomplished in two weeks of gradual change.

We are now sleeping from 10pm-4am with some cuddle wakings, which feels like a huge win.”

Woman holding a baby's hand - virtual sleep support helped parents feel confident about baby sleep

2. Gained clarity

Jason and his wife learned so much: “About my baby and about my toddler and their development and sleep cycles and tips and tricks and ways to better manage and provide good opportunities for optimal sleep.

You immediately listened and gave us solutions and provided the “why” behind why we were struggling so much. You gave light at the end of the tunnel, support, empathy, and a clear plan of action.”

3. Gained confidence

Andrea was over the moon: “I’ve already bragged about the success! Hands down hiring you was the best decision. Even though I was already on the right track, I needed that extra help to guide me to what was best for my baby.

Having someone learn everything about my baby then helping me create my own plan was something I would have never found on a website. This wasn’t just a plan for my baby this was a plan for my family and because of it my baby and family is happy as ever!
